Objective: Drive awareness and excitement behind the return of the fan-favorite Dexter series on Showtime with a miniseries. Capture target’s attention at key moments with interactive ad experiences that drive engagement and memorability.

Design Approach
Leveraging Dexter’s ubiquitous profile in the artwork, we designed transitional, wintery elements and a tactile interaction mechanism to bring the still art to life. We also took full advantage of the video assets provided to provide a teaser element in all interactive units.

Final Result
We built several different mobile ad units from concept to final product to produce a robust campaign. Our Scrub unit in particular was successful in driving high engagement rates (6.75%) and above benchmark video complete rates.
